Order Fulfillment & Shipping Times
At Zenergyx, we strive to process and ship your order within 48 hours of purchase confirmation. For orders within Canada, delivery generally takes between 3 to 7 business days. If you live in a rural or remote area, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your package to arrive. Should any issues arise with your shipment, we will contact you promptly to help arrange an alternative solution.


Order Handling Schedule
Orders placed over the weekend (Friday through Sunday) or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day. This ensures your order is handled promptly once our fulfillment team is back in operation.


Shipping Delays & Responsibility
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control—such as severe weather, courier disruptions, or customs clearance. Zenergyx is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, but we will always do our best to support you if your package is affected.


Missing or Incorrect Deliveries
Please double-check all shipping details before finalizing your order. Zenergyx is not responsible for packages that are lost, undelivered, or misrouted due to incorrect customer-provided information. If a delivery issue occurs, we recommend contacting your shipping carrier first for the fastest resolution. If additional help is needed, our team is happy to assist.
